Harrison SPI begins the manufacture of your domed labels by screen printing your design onto your choice of materials, and then die cutting them to shape.

Liquid polyurethane is poured over your label, giving it a glossy, crystal clear 3D appearance once it has been allowed to harden. Not only does this add dimension and attractiveness to your label, it provides durability not available with a standard printed label or nameplate.

Because the dome labels that we manufacture here at Harrison SPI are resistant to UV rays, they keep their intended color longer than an ordinary label. And polyurethane is tough, able to take pressure and return to its original form. Harrison SPI's dome labels are resistant to solvents, chemicals and humidity.

Harrison SPI can utilize custom adhesives for special applications, and will work with you to find the correct adhesive to ensure that your domed labels stay put once they are placed.
